Dry work comes first
Carpet holds a surprising amount of sand and grit down at the bottom. If we add water too early, all of that turns into mud. So we vacuum, agitate, and pull out as much dry material as we can before we start treating stains.
After that, we work on the problem areas with the cleaner and method that make sense for the spill. We can shampoo and extract when the carpet needs it. We just don't soak the whole floor because it looks dramatic on video.
Some stains have already changed the carpet
Coffee, grease, sugary drinks, dye, bleach, and whatever the last owner spilled are all different problems. Some clean up beautifully. Some have permanently changed the color or damaged the fiber.
Tell us what spilled if you know. It helps. If you don't know, we'll test it and be straight with you about what moved and what didn't.

Will every stain come out?
No. We'll work on it, but old stains, dye loss, bleaching, and damaged fibers can be permanent.
How wet will the carpet be?
That depends on what it needed. We keep the moisture under control and remove as much as we can, but deep cleaning can still need drying time and airflow.
Do I need to remove my floor mats?
You can leave the mats in the vehicle. Please take out personal belongings so we can get to the whole floor.
