You don't have to diagnose the car for us
Maybe the inside has gotten out of control. Maybe the paint looks dull even after you wash it. Maybe you bought the car used and you just want somebody else's dirt out of it. Those are all different jobs, but that's our job to sort out, not yours.
When you call, we'll ask what you drive, what shape it's in, and what you want to be different when you pick it up. Photos help. Then we'll tell you if you're looking at an interior detail, an exterior detail, polishing, paint correction, a coating, or a combination of a few things.
A wash, a detail, and paint correction are not the same thing
A wash gets the loose dirt and traffic film off. A deeper exterior detail deals with the stuff that stays stuck to the paint. Polishing is what changes the little scratches and haze in the clear coat. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint has been cleaned and prepped. It doesn't erase anything underneath it.
The same goes for the inside. A vacuum and a dashboard wipe are fine for maintenance. They are not the same as getting into the seat seams, carpet edges, buttons, cupholders, door panels, and all the little places that collect grime.
Who we're a good fit for
We're a good fit for people who care about their car and want the work done right. A lot of our customers are busy professionals or parents. They work hard, they use the car every day, and they don't want to spend their one free day trying to clean every inch of it.
If you're shopping for the absolute cheapest detail, we're probably not it. We put time into the prep and the small stuff. And if there's something we can't fix, we'll tell you before we start. I'd rather lose a job than promise something the car can't give us.

What should I send for a quote?
Send the year, make, model, a few honest photos, and the two or three things that bother you most. You do not need to clean the car before taking the photos.
Can you make it look brand new again?
Sometimes customers tell us it looks better than when they bought it. That's great, but we don't promise that every stain, scratch, crack, or worn material will disappear. We'll tell you what we think is realistic.
Do I have to pick the service before I call?
No. Call us. Explaining the options is part of what we do.
