Send the year, make, and model, then take pictures of the problem areas. If it has dog hair, pull the mats up. If it has paint damage, get a photo in the sun. If another shop coated it, tell us what they used if you know.
One thing before you drive over
Pictures get us close. Seeing it tells us the truth.
We can usually give you a good direction from photos. The final call comes when we see the stain, scratch, paint, or material in person. If something changes the job, we’ll talk about it before we start.
